PERIODIC FACADE INSPECTION SINGAPORE (PFI)

Periodic Facade Inspection (PFI) in Singapore is a mandatory safety requirement administered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for buildings that are more than 20 years old and exceed 13 metres in height. Our PFI services cover the visual inspection of all accessible areas of the building façade, carried out using rope access or drone technology, where appropriate. We provide an end-to-end service, from façade inspection and documentation to the preparation and submission of the PFI report to BCA. Where defects or deterioration are identified, we can also provide façade repair and rectification works to help ensure the building complies with the applicable requirements and maintains a safe and well-maintained façade.
